Villages of Millwood
Eagles Bluff Village is a 90 unit single family residential community with condominium style land ownership that is governed by a Condominium Association and is part of a Master Homeowners Association.
Residents are required to pay quarterly dues that cover the following:.
- Lawn maintenance for all residential units and common areas within the Village.
- Maintenance on mulch beds including weeding and replacement of developer installed plants
- Trash Removal
- Insurance coverage for each dwelling but does not include insurance for Owner's personal property or contents
- Repair or replacement of exterior elements of each building
- Capital reserves as required by law
Currently, dues for the Eagles Bluff Village Condominium Association are $365 per quarter per household.
In addition, each Owner is a member of the Village of Millwood Homeowners Association which has dues of $150 per year per household.
Villages of Millwood Condominium Association
The Villages of Millwood is a 360 unit residential community that is comprised of three distinct condominium style housing types. Each is governed by their own individual condominium association. Overseeing the three condominium associations is a Master Homeowners Association.
The Villages of Millwood HOA (the Master Homeowners Association) is responsible for the following:
- The maintenance and repair or replacement of all streets, not including Catlins Way
- Street lighting
- Snow plowing and sanding
- Lawn maintenance and landscaping of the entranceways, the clubhouse and pool areas and the retention ponds
- Upkeep and maintenance of the clubhouse and pool
- Property insurance for pool and clubhouse and general liability insurance for common areas controlled by the Master HOA
- Architectural review of all housing types
- Capital reserves as required by law
The Villages of Millwood Homeowners Association collects dues on an annual basis. Currently, the dues are $150 per year per household.
